We Have Updated our Terms and Conditions Of Service

You might have noticed a few emails from us recently? Sorry about that!

To explain why we have been busy working behind the scenes migrating our entire web hosting/domain name registration platform to our new service providers. As such we have had to send out the relevant emails in order for you our customers to access our fantastic range of products and services!

The good news, we completed the migration of over 50,000 standard websites and 20,000 WordPress websites and all associated domain names without any glitches, downtime or loss of data!

This is a new ruling concerning your personal data how it is accessible, how it should be stored, and what it means for you. This new legal requirement is due to go live in May 2018, as such we have also implemented this across our range of products/services and have been busy working with our backend suppliers to ensure we are compliant!

In order to provide our customers with a smooth service we have updated our terms and conditions, please note these our now in full force and it is up to you our customers to ensure you have read these. Your continued use of our products and services will be deemed you have read these and happy to continue using us.
